Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, we’ll keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic shipping (within India) is free over 999/-

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with tracking details. Your tracking link will be live within 24 hours.
You can also view your order status in your profile section on the website.
Delivery Timelines
- India: Usually delivered within 3–7 business days post-dispatch
- International: Variable from country to country.
Note: During festive seasons or unexpected situations (weather, customs checks, etc.), deliveries might take longer.
Custom Duties on International Orders
International deliveries may incur customs or import duties, depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in your Ilana order and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.
We only charge you for shipping at checkout—not for duties, taxes, or local handling fees.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled—whether domestic or international.
