1. Do a patch test before use - Even naturally derived ingredients can cause sensitivities in some people. Please read the ingredient list carefully and do a patch test (on your inner elbow or behind the ear). If irritation occurs, rinse with water and discontinue use. Apply only on unbroken skin and as directed.
2. Nature isn’t always identical - Subtle shifts in colour, texture, or scent are normal. That’s the beauty of seasonal, plant-powered ingredients. Each skin story is unique, and for this reason, we’re unable to offer returns based on general dissatisfaction or reactions related to pre-existing conditions.
3. Received something damaged? - If your order arrives broken or defective, drop us a message within 48 hours of delivery at orders@ilana.life or WhatsApp us at +91-9765158807. We’ll make it right.
4. Replacement Timeline - In cases where your replacement request is approved, the new product will be delivered to you within 5–7 working days.
5. Refund Policy - In cases where your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 working days.
